Homeowners and renters sending a reminder to remove your vehicle(s) off the driver when snow removal occurs. During snow events keep trash bins back from the street so plows may pass without damaging your trash bin.

Homeowners and renters just a kind reminder that all dogs and cats off the premises must be on a leash at all times and under control of the owner or another designated person. If you do not have your dog or cat on a leash, you will be in violation of the Oak Park Heights (ordinance 601) and Oakgreen Village Owners Association (Declaration 7.8 and Rules and Regulations page 4-5).

When walking your pet, please remember to bring a plastic bag. Pet owners are required by City Ordinance and Oakgreen Village to clean up pet waste on public and private property. Removal of pet waste helps keep our community clean and healthy.

Garbage: Tennis Sanitation is our residential garbage service. Curbside pickup is every Thursday. If you have any questions please contact City Hall at (651) 439-4439. Billing is every quarter.

Recycling: Recycling is every other Thursday. The 2017 pickup schedule can be found by clicking the button below. Garbage and recycling should be put out by 6:00 am on collection day.

All residents of Oakgreen Village are required to pay homeowners association dues of $125 per month. Payments are due by the 1st of each month.
